The highly anticipated Marathi film Jhimma2 has released in cinemas and as expected the family entertainer has created a storm at the box office from day one itself.
The film stays true as a sequel to the blockbuster film Jhimma which had released in 2021, taking off from where it left earlier. The friends have now met for a reunion with more fun, frolic and masti, all doubled! With ‘Housefull’ displayed at many places, advance booking is in full swing.
Observing the overall response from audiences, looks like ‘Jhimma 2’ is all set to break the records of ‘Jhimma’.
Directed by Hemant Dhome, Jhimma2 is keeping audiences in high spirits with the pleasure of watching an enjoyable roller coaster ride on the big screen. Rinku Rajguru and Shivani Surve are the new entrants to the ‘Jhimma’ gang and have been equally appreciated by audiences, bringing in repeat audiences.
‘Jhimma’, when released in 2021 in Maharashtra and India after lockdown had created a unique record by surging ahead of even the Hindi and English films then. In a single theater 26 shows of ‘Jhimma’ in a row were Housefull. Appreciated by 91% of the audiences ‘Jhimma’ had a successful run in cinemas for more than 100 days. It earned a place within Top 5 at Amazon Prime top films and also broke many other film records. Now ‘Jhimma 2’ looks set to break these records.
