नई दिल्ली। काले हिरण के शिकार के मामले में 5 वर्ष की सजा पाने वाले बॉलीवुड अभिनेता सलमान खान को जोधपुर सेशन कोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई है। सलमान की जमानत पर आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रमुख और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने राजस्थान की भाजपा सरकार पर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। केजरीवाल ने एक ट्वीट कर कहा कि सलमान खान को बेल मिल गई, इसीलिए उन्हें सजा सुनाने वाले जस्टिस देव कुमार खत्री का ट्रांसफर किया गया था। इस देश में नेता और अभिनेता का ही राज है।
बता दें कि जोधपुर के चीफ ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट देव कुमार खत्री ने सलमान खान को काला हिरण के शिकार का दोषी पाते हुए उन्हें 5 साल की कैद और ₹10000 जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई थी। सजा सुनाए जाने के अगले ही दिन शुक्रवार की देर रात उनका तबादला कर दिया गया। इसके बाद शनिवार को सलमान खान को सेशन कोर्ट से जमानत दे दी गई। सलमान को बेल देने का तरीका भी बड़ा अजब रहा। जज कोर्ट रूम में आए और अचानक बोले ब्रेल ग्रांटेड। इस तरह टाइगर पिंजरे से बाहर आ गया।
